Hello, this is Nicole – I want to share my story with you however it’s been a long one- so you can see the various stories below in regards to my births, postpartum and beyond.

I have been on a personal journey of self since my teens. My fascination with the mind-body-spirit connection and universal laws started as I graduated from high school. I have been studying and learning all facets of energy work, healing modalities, and how we can master ourselves for over ten years however everything truly “clicked” until I went through my first perinatal journey. For the last three years, I have focused on helping mothers, mainly in postpartum- but after my recent pregnancy- I feel called to provide support in all areas of Motherhood, starting with pre-conception.

I am 31 years old, been married for 8 years to my wonderful husband John- and we have 2 beautiful boys- Dylan, 3, and Owyn, 5 months plus two furbabies and a bearded dragon. I have lived in NJ basically my whole life. I have a bachelors degree from Rutgers University and work full time in the mortgage industry as well.

I have practiced Reiki Energy Healing since 2016 and became a Master in 2019. I am currently working on building and expanding my energetic blueprint through a Lightarian™ Reiki Accelerated Program and I am also a Board Certified NLP and EFT Practicioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Yoga Instructor. In addition, I have studied Postpartum Support International Components of Care, Dream Consciousness Course, and Self Mastery Programs.

I own a Maternal Support and Empowerment company called Empower Mamas and am the founder of the Womb Light™ Healing Modality that incorporates many of the learnings I have received into a Mother-Centered practice.

I have a passion for art, traveling, and my family. I love love and lifting others up. I have a silly sense of humor and enjoy a big belly laugh. I have a sweet tooth and love strawberry/peanutbutter combination on ice cream- try it.

My mission is to support, empower and lift Mothers to their greatest potential and the best versions of themselves, which includes grace and compassion in times where they can’t be “all the things:”

I will help you harness the energy you are and help you connect to your highest good. I will help your inner light illuminate from within. You will also learn the fundamentals of energy healing, universal principles, and just how incredible your cellular systems are. We focus on the natural intelligence and power of manifestation to help you create positive experiences within all stages of your perinatal journey. 

I have utilized these practices through fertility issues, overcoming high risk diagnoses in my pregnancy including hypertension and gestational diabetes, and severe postpartum anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Now I want to teach you how to do the same so that you can have confidence, peace of mind, and feel completely empowered while you create the beautiful miracles within.
